www.eckharttolle.com  - The author of The Power of Now and A New Earth. Tolle also has several CDs out with recordings of sessions he holds on mindfulness.

www.oprah.com - am I the only one who hasn't seen any of Eckhart's interviews with Oprah Winfrey? In addition to being on dial-up, we have no television. One of my sisters is very kindly forwarding me the transcripts of those interviews. And of course, Oprah has also talked with Pema Chodron and other leaders in meditation and spiritual work.

http://www.miriamgreenspan.com - Miriam Greenspan's book, Healing Through the Dark Emotions, the Wisdom of Grief, Fear & Despair may be the best thing to come along about depression and all those scary emotions. Greenspan applies mindfulness to the "dark emotions" and is coming from her own very personal experiences, as well as her professional work as a psychotherapist over the past 30 years. There will be more about her book, soon, on this website. In the meantime, check out her website and consider buying the book, or see if your library has it.

www.thesunmagazine.org - not only a very fine magazine, they have posted an interview with Miriam Greenspan that is an excellent introduction to her work.
